14 & UNDER "ROUND ROBIN" TOURNAMENT

Tournament Format

ROUND ROBIN PLAY

Round Robin play where each team plays all other teams. At the conclusion of round robin play, the 2 teams with the best "win-loss" records will move on to a BEST of 3 Championship Series.

TIE BREAKERS

Ties in win/loss records will be broken by determining each teams “average of defensive runs allowed per inning”. If a tie still exists, the tie will broken by determining the teams "average runs scored per game". These statistics will be derived from the “Official” Game Report filed by the scorekeeper.

AWARDS

Team and individual trophies will be presented to the 1st and 2nd place finishers. An MVP will be sel;ected by the Tournament Committee from the official game reports.
